Service Description

One piece of government-issued photo identification is required for each candidate. For minors (17 or younger) without a photo ID, a birth certificate and school photo ID or a birth certificate and a government photo ID of the parent or guardian is acceptable. Parents or guardians must complete a permission form for their youth to take this course. This form will be provided at the beginning of each course. All CFSCs are scheduled on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 4 pm to 9 pm. Full payment is required when you book the course. You will not have a spot reserved for you if full payment is not received when you register. Please send payment via etransfer to mrbocy@gmail.com Please indicate the student name that will be taking the course if someone other than the student is submitting the fee. For example, If you submit the fee for your daughter, indicate that and include the name of the registrant in the comment section of the etransfer. A cancellation fee of $100 will be charged if you don't provide at least 72 hours notice before the beginning of the course.
